Data Integration for Targeted Customer Communication

The cooperation enables a deep integration of our technologies. Data from the Pricenow Cloud Data Warehouse, including e-commerce transaction data, flows into Inside Labs' Omni Suite. This suite identifies relevant target groups and communicates with them through channels such as email, push notifications, or SMS. Additionally, Inside Labs' mobile app serves as an additional sales channel for our e-commerce solutions. By integrating customer engagement data from the Omni Suite into our data analytics platform, our partners can optimally commercialize their guest experiences.
